FILAPROP TM / Aspiron TM Polypropylene suture is a monofilament, synthetic non-absorbable, sterile surgical suture composed of an isotactic crystalline stereoisomer of polypropylene, a synthetic linear polyolefin. The molecular formula of polypropylene is (C3 H6)n. Polypropylene sutures are available in undyed or dyed with phthalocyanine blue form.

FILAPROP TM / Aspiron TM Polypropylene suture is available in a range of gauge sizes and lengths attached to standard stainless steel needles of various types and sizes.

It gives two staggered rows of titanium staples in sizes of 30mm, 45mm, 60mm & 90mm with reload units available for both standard tissue (3.5mm) and thick (4.8 mm). The device can be fired upto ten times. It is recommended for single patient use only.
